The WeCloudly brand, logo, design, and original code are owned by WeCloudly. Many tools use open-source libraries (FFmpeg.wasm, jsPDF, Tesseract.js, etc.) which are credited and used under their respective licenses.
You retain full ownership of all files and content you process through our tools.

WeCloudly is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The output of any tool will be accurate or complete • The service will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeCloudly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business.
